All too often in work places, with buyers, clients and customers, we respond with our emotional response or our Amygdala, not giving our rational or logical part of our brain, the cortex, time to catch up and lead the conversation. When we lead with the amygdala, this typically generates more stress for ourselves and those around us. This training is designed to help participants become more self-aware of what triggers their amygdala or emotional communication response of fight, flight or freeze. More importantly, participants will be given tools to utilize between the time of action and reaction, to stop their amygdala or emotional response and engage their cortex.
